Stray dogs and cats face heightened hardships during the monsoon season, making their survival more challenging. Exposure to rain & lack of Shelter can lead to chills, fever, and hypothermia, besides risk of disease & infections. Understanding this issue, RCMSEP under its flagship initiative "Rotary for Animal Welfare" (RAW), decided to address this problem by making and donating Dog Shelter homes.
