Overview
Timely medical care is essential to prevent complications, reduce mortality, and ensure faster recovery. At the same time, recycling and redistributing unused medicines can help the underprivileged access treatment, reduce wastage, and promote affordability in healthcare. Together, they ensure better health outcomes and a more equitable medical ecosystem.
Realising this, RCMSEP organised a drive to collect medical equipment and unused medicines, that are well within their expiry date, for further donation to needy villages and hospitals. A new Oxygen Concentrator and collected medicines were donated to Manavjyot Trust at Mulund, for further distribution to needy community. The concentrator will be used & maintained by the Manavjyot Trust staff. RCMSEP sincerely thanks Mr. Kulin and Mr. Mulraj from the Manavjyot Trust, who supported the distribution of the medical support provided in this project and also to Ms. Sunita Chhabria for donating generously for this cause.
