Stray dogs and cats face heightened hardships during the monsoon season, making their survival more challenging. Exposure to rain & lack of Shelter can lead to chills, fever, and hypothermia, besides risk of disease & infections. Understanding this issue, RCMSEP under its flagship initiative "Rotary for Animal Welfare" (RAW), decided to address this problem by making and donating Dog Shelter homes. These innovative homes were manufactured by Rtn. Arun Bhoocher. These 7 shelter homes were transported to Panvel for use by Animals home run by Ms. Varsha Pillai.
