Overview
A Health Checkup Camp was successfully organised with the support of the Rotary Club of Mumbai Sher-E-Punjab at Kayra Party Hall, Jogeshwari East.
The camp offered essential healthcare services to women from the community, like free Haemoglobin Check-up, Free Eye Check-up Camp, and free reading glasses were given.
A total of 75 ladies benefited from the health camp, making it a meaningful outreach initiative focused on preventive healthcare and early diagnosis. A key highlight of the event was the awareness session on the Pink Auto Scheme for Women, promoting financial independence and empowerment.
We were honoured by the presence of Alka Murli, President of the Rotary Club of Mumbai Deonar, who visited the camp and explained the Pink Auto process, its eligibility criteria, and the various benefits available to women. Her guidance provided clarity and motivation to many attendees interested in becoming self-reliant.
