RCMSEP organized an informative Speaker Session on Disaster Management for the students of Tolani College of Commerce. The session was delivered by Rtn. Jotinder Singh Ahluwalia, who shared valuable insights on the importance of disaster preparedness and management. The session covered topics such as Introduction to Disaster Management, Objectives of Disaster Management, Problems and Challenges during disasters, and Solutions & Preparedness. The speaker explained practical steps that individuals and communities can take to respond effectively during emergencies. A total of 125 students attended the session and actively listened to the discussion, gaining a better understanding of how disasters can be managed through awareness, planning, and coordinated efforts. To make the session more interactive and engaging, a quiz was conducted. This impactful initiative was conducted under the leadership of President Minishaa I. Oberoi, whose vision continues to guide the club for empowerment.
