The Rotary Club of Mumbai Sher-E-Punjab received a request for support from Rtn. Meghana on 22nd April 2026 for a learning centre in Delhi. The club promptly took up the cause, with Rtn. Monica leading the initiative and raising funds through her network. The support was for Little Stars Home, a centre for around 150 children from waste picker families, where they learn and grow in a safe environment. Their stationery supplies had been exhausted. A donation of ₹4,000 was made towards stationery for the children, generously contributed by Ms. Sunita Chabbria and Ms. Sonali Sawant. Through timely efforts and collective support, the club ensured continuity in the children’s learning. This initiative reflects the true spirit of Rotary—making a difference where it matters most.
